By downloading, installing, or using the FormFill AI browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the extension.
2. Description of Service
FormFill AI is an open-source browser extension designed to help users automatically fill out web forms using their locally stored profile data and their own OpenAI API key ("Bring Your Own Key" or BYOK model).
3. API Usage and Responsibilities
FormFill AI requires an active OpenAI API key to function. By providing your API key:
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for any charges incurred on your OpenAI account as a result of using the extension.
- You agree to comply with OpenAI's Terms of Use and usage policies.
- You understand that FormFill AI acts only as an interface between your browser and the OpenAI API, and we have no control over the API's availability or pricing.
4. User Data and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all data is stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your personal information or your API keys. You are solely responsible for securing your device and, if enabled, your encryption PIN.
5. Open Source License
FormFill AI is an open-source project. Its source code is made available under an open-source license (such as MIT or ISC, as indicated in the project repository). You may modify and distribute the software subject to the terms of that license.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

While FormFill AI attempts to fill forms accurately using AI, it may make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing all fields and information before submitting any form. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrectly filled or submitted forms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the extension following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
